The surface of Menorca is 436 miles 356 yards. The first place of Spain where you can see the first ray of sunlight is on the eastern coast of Menorca. Geologically, the island is divided by the north and the south. Tramuntana wind hits the north and makes it rough, rugged, with many small islands, sandy beaches and shallow dark reddish vegetation. The south is friendlier and has limestone crossed by ravines, with white sandy coves and pine trees.
